04Deposits and Withdrawals

Transactions are handled in Philippine peso, using PHP or ₱ where shown. Deposits and withdrawals are supported through GCash and Maya, subject to the payment flow, account requirements, and any applicable processing conditions.

Deposits:

• Choose the available deposit amount shown on the Deposit page and complete payment through GCash or Maya.
• Most successful deposits are added to your HAWKGAMING balance automatically. If your balance does not update, refresh your account and allow around five minutes before contacting support.
• Payment processing may be affected by maintenance or technical issues. Your GCash or Maya provider may also apply its own charges, so review the payment details before confirming.

Withdrawals

• A withdrawal is commonly completed within about 10 minutes. Risk-control checks may take up to around 30 minutes, while payment-partner maintenance or technical issues can cause further delays. These timeframes are estimates, not unconditional guarantees.

• Game results are generated according to the mechanics of the selected title and may be random. Outcomes are not guaranteed, so players should treat participation as paid entertainment and never play with money set aside for essential needs.
• If a technical problem interrupts a round, first check your connection, review the game and transaction records, and allow time for the system or game provider to reconcile the result. 07Prohibited Conduct

08Account Suspension and Closure

HAWKGAMING may suspend, limit, or permanently close an account, with or without advance notice, when any of the following situations applies:

• You have violated any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• You do not complete identity verification when it is requested.
• There is a suspected case of fraud, money laundering, or player collusion.
• You initiate a chargeback or dispute a transaction made through your account.
• You ask to close the account, including for voluntary self-exclusion.

When an account is closed because these Terms and Conditions were breached, any remaining balance may be forfeited. If closure occurs for another reason, the real-money balance may be returned to the registered mobile wallet once all required verification checks have been completed.
